PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Tuprag is Turkish affiliate of Eldorado Gold which is a Canadian mid-tier gold and base metals producer that operates the Kișladaǧ bulk tonnage (38,000 tpd) heap leach gold operation in western Turkey. The project is to develop a process plant design incorporating the existing crushing circuit with a whole ore leach circuit at the basic engineering stage that includes grinding, thickening, leaching, CIP, detox, and tailings filtration.

However decrease and/or impurities in tenor is observed in the ore which is fed to the concentrator

Because of base metal amount, sulphur variability and tenor lowness grinding and flotation studies was executed by HMT. As a result of this studies it was decided to add column flotation at the end of a cleaning circuit. PROMER carried out the detailed engineering services for this column flotation unit which was located in the concenrator unit.

Gravity Line Revision for New Liberty Gold Mine Plant.

An additional line (Appendix 1) has been taken from the cyclone underflow of the ball mill in the facility, and the ore has been directed to a new three-outlet distributor box. One outlet of the distributor box is connected by gravity to the new Vertimill discharge tank, while the other two outlets are fed by gravity to the existing Vertimill discharge tank. In the existing CIL tank area of the facility, a CIL feed tank supplied from the existing first plant thickener has been placed, and feeding to all CIL tanks is provided through a pressurized line from this tank. The project covers the engineering services of the specified piping lines, including their supports, foundations, and the CIL feed tank to be added to the system.

Treated water is collected from two WRDs which are lower than the level of planned WTP and two ponds which is the storage of residual materials from the crusher unit. These two ponds in the storage of residuals are called as LG and MGHG. LG and MGHG’s levels are higher than the planned WTP.  A storage pond with a capacity of 5,000 tons and a filling station is planned to store and load treated water for dust supression. Excess treated water is discharged to Manbol River via a pipeline which is an item of this project as well.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The annual capacity is 300,000 tons, 50 tons per hour and 6000 hours per year are determined by the EMPLOYER.

The products sized from the area where the new silica grinding circuit will be installed will be sent to the existing stock halls. Afterwards, it will be directed to the following areas by conveyors from the stock halls according to their dimensions:

1 - The material with a grain size of P100: 500 microns is transferred to the flash furnace in the existing facility.

2 - The material with a grain size -20 mm +5mm, is transferred to the converter system.

The facilities have terminal development and operations, transload facility development and operations and licenced NVOCC handling container and project cargo logistics. The project sit on 210,000 sqm of land, total investment value is almost 200 million USD and the facility has 5 million metric ton/year of capacity.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Dashkasan Iron Ore LLC was established by AzerGold CJSCo in December 08, 2021, for study, research, exploration, development and management of iron ore deposits in the country, application of new technologies in this field, modernization and efficient use of material and technical base, as well as implementation of other development activities, in accordance with the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 2245 dated September 1, 2020.Key project construction components for the project is given below:

  • Iron ore beneficiation plant – 3 mln tons/year capacity with 20% allowance to increase Due to the layout given in RfP, the plant is assumed to be composed of only a concentration plant and no smelter plant is assumed to be in the project scope.
  • Raw water pipeline from Zagaly water reservoir (3-4 mln m3 capacity) – 7625 meter, Ø 600 mm (flow by gravity, steel pipes to be converted to plastic)
  • Small protection dam in front of tunnel in Goshgarchay river
  • Pipe conveyor (from Benefication plant to Gushchu railway station) – 4500 meters, 500 tons/hr
  • Gushchu iron ore concentrate storage (bunker) and rail loading system – 4000 tons/day

The two new lines which are fed by New Liberty and Ndablama Mine Sites combine after comminution circuit and make production . In this project Promer accomplished basic design, procurement support and detail engineering in 7 months.
