PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The new boiler to be established in the existing Izmir Extraction crush plant located at Bozköy/Izmir/Turkey with capacity 20t/h of saturated steam with pressure 12 barg. Biomass (sunflower hulls, olive pomace and wood chips) and local coal is planned to use in the new boiler. This new boiler will be built into an existing site, which is near the existing coal storage.

Battery limits are given below;

  • New steam boiler (biomass and coal flues), capacity: 20 mt steam/h, steam pressure: 12 barg
  • New building for the boiler
  • Landscaping works inside battery limits
  • High efficient condensate return system
  • Fuel intake and storage area
  • Ash collecting and unloading area

LOCATION: Bolton/England

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: After Lostock WtE Plant's start-up, which is scheduled for 2023, the plant will combust approx. 600,000 t of RDF (refuse derived fuel) of household and commercial waste per year. The heat released (2 x 120 MW) will be used to generate electricity (90 MW) and to provide heat and process steam to the neighbouring industrial premises.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The energy-from-waste facility will produce up to 30 MW of electricity, plus 56 MW of heat purchased by the municipal company Beogradske Elektrane, reducing the natural gas consumption of its Konjarnik plant by 80% in the cold season.
